Welcome to BlackSpire3D. By accessing our website and purchasing our 3D printed
products, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. General Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You
understand that your content (not including credit card information) may be transferred
unencrypted over various networks.
2. Product Accuracy & 3D Printing
All items are 3D printed. Due to the nature of FDM/Resin printing, slight variations in
texture, color, and finish (such as minor layer lines) are normal and are not considered
defects. We make every effort to display product colors and images as accurately as
possible.
3. Custom Orders & Intellectual Property
For custom printing services, the customer warrants that they own the rights to the files
provided. BlackSpire3D is not responsible for copyright infringement of user-submitted
files.

4. Pricing and Modifications
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to
modify or discontinue any product at any time.
5. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed
in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which BlackSpire3D operates.
