Broken Upon Delivery

100% Satisfaction Guarantee: If your item arrives broken or damaged due to
shipping, we offer a full refund or a free replacement. To qualify, please email us a
photo of the damaged item and packaging within 48 hours of delivery.

Production & Delivery Times
Because BlackSpire3D products are made-to-order, delivery times can vary based on the
complexity of the print and our current queue. 3D printing is a slow, precise process.
Standard Items: Usually ship within 3-7 business days.
Custom/Large Prints: May take 10-14 business days.
Reprints
If a reprint is required (either due to shipping damage or a rare print failure), please note
that the timeline resets. We prioritize reprint orders to get your item back to you as fast
as possible.
